    • Implemented Mixpanel in the product which led to invaluable user insights.
    • Lead the re-design and re-write of the product’s core experience which led to faster game discovery for the user and faster product improvements.
    • Delivered an in-product promotional tool for our CRM team enabling them to create weekly campaigns without the need of weeks of development.
    • Seamlessly launched a rebrand of the flagship product across all markets.
    • Launched the product in new markets, including Japan.

    • A main contributor in a major restructure of the product cluster. This led to a 98% satisfaction rate in the new structure and how it was done.
    • Managed an 18-strong cross-functional team, majority of which worked remotely.
    • Kickstarted the re-design and re-write of a core part of the product.
    • Lead a currency migration in one of the biggest markets. This led to an increase in NDCs of 10% and a total of 250k accounts migrated seamlessly.
    • Delivered several compliance projects (Mobile Verification, Player Transactions, AML)
    • A main contributor in instilling a mentality of continuous improvement leading to shipping on a weekly basis.
